JULIE NEIBARGER

Julie Neibarger is the Regional Director of Property Management overseeing the Affordable Housing portfolio for Bear Real Estate Group and Bear Property Management. She brings over 20 years of Property Management experience specializing in a variety of affordable housing programs. Prior to coming to Bear Property Management she was responsible for the direct oversight of a portfolio consisting of conventional Section 42 low-income housing tax credits, HUD’s Multi-family and Public Housing programs, as well as the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Programs. At Bear Property Management she is responsible for the performance and program requirements of the company’s affordable portfolio.
