When I called the office at 8:30 am, I spoke to a team member and explained what my experience was and that the heat was out. Seemed like instantly a work order was placed. I received an update around 11 or so, that you all had to replace the igniter within the furnace. When I arrived home I had a note explaining with time the maintenance man entered, his name, and the work that was performed.
Some people don’t take the time to say thank you as you can see I’m not one of them ?. So Thank you so much for your speedy response to my problem within your unit.”
