About the Site and its History:

The Union Court community is located on the same grounds where local union history was made. As a result of workers at Nash Motors protesting to demand fair wages in 1933, the United Auto Workers and UAW Local 72 was formed in 1935 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Our developers knew that it was important to pay homage to these individuals and the organization that paved the way for workers' rights, while also utilizing the property to its highest potential.

Located on the north side of the city of Kenosha and close in proximity to Milwaukee and Chicago, tenants will be close to grocery stores, restaurants, local attractions, and other perks of "big city" living with all the affordability and comfortable charm of small-town life.
